In lieu of this we want to list the top 10 frequently asked questions from our clients and potential clients.

Q: “HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD THE PRICE AND POSITION OF MY ORDER?”

A: All orders placed no matter how large or small have a grace period of 48 hours for you to fund the account. Any orders that have not been funded within 48 hours are subject to a re-adjustment in the price based on the spot price of precious metals. There are exceptions to the 48 hour grace period so please contact your Account Executive if you fail to meet the desired time period.

Q: “HOW CAN I FUND MY ACCOUNT?”

A: We have four payment methods you can use to fund your account. An order can be funded by personal check, cashiers check, money order or a bank wire. If you wish to fund your order via a bank wire please tell your select Account Executive so they can notify our financial department of the transaction.

Q: “CAN I FUND MY ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD?””

A: No. We do not accept any credit cards to fund orders. Credit cards are used only to hold the price and availability of your desired positions via on-line purchases. Once the 48 hour grace period expires you will have to fully fund the account using one of our four payment options.


Q: “DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ON THE PRICE I AM QUOTED?”


A: For all orders no matter how large or small there is a flat fee for shipping and insurance. This fee guarantees your position is express mailed out to you and insured for the total purchase value. All fees are included in the price of the precious metals you purchase. The price your account executive quotes you for precious metals is the final price and there will be no additional fees added to it.

Q: “HOW DOES THE SHIPPING PROCESS WORK?”

A: Once the order is completely funded your precious metals are sent from our inventory vaults to our shipping vaults under your account number. Your precious metals are then shipped to you and a tracking number is provided via e-mail or phone, so you can track the package to your physical location. All shipments require a signature so please track your order and plan to be there when the package arrives. From the time your order is placed the process can take anywhere from 3-15 days for the precious metals to arrive in your hand. Once it arrives we suggest immediate storage of your precious metals.

Q: “HOW DOES THE HANDLING PROCESS WORK?”

A: All packages are sent via FedEx. On rare occasions we use USPS Registered Mail depending on your location. For larger institutional purchases all orders are delivered via Brinks and are accompanied by an armored guard.

Q: “WHAT DO I DO ONCE I RECEIVE MY PRECIOUS METALS?”

A: We suggest immediate storage of precious metals once they arrive. For most investors a safe deposit box at your local bank is the best place to store precious metals. They are relatively inexpensive and typically cost $75-$125 a year depending on the size. Safe deposit boxes are secure and easily accessible. You can visit your safe deposit box six days a week at most banks, and can store additional items of value including stock certificates, important documents and jewelry. Your safe deposit box is completely private and you are not required to disclose any information to the bank regarding the contents.

Q: “DO YOU GUYS HAVE A BUY BACK POLICY?”

A: In these turbulent economic times we understand the importance of being able to access capital from your investment portfolio, when an unexpected event occurs. To this date Regal Assets has never refused the opportunity to re-purchase precious metals from a customer and encourages you to offer them to us first when you are looking to sell. Q: “IS GOLD A LIQUID ASSET?”

A: Yes. In the current economy there could not be a more liquid asset. Gold has been in a bull market for the last 8 years and as demand continues to grow so does the liquid value. Gold has had a value for over 6000 years and is one of the only assets you can take anywhere in the world and liquidate.

Q: “WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF PHYSICAL GOLD I CAN INVEST IN?”

A: There are typically three types of physical gold you can invest in. The first type is gold bullion which is any gold that continues to be minted to this day and has no rarity to it. The second type is rare gold also known as numismatic or certified gold and this is any gold coin that is no longer be minted or that is minted in low supply. The third type of gold you have to choose from is proof gold which was designed specifically for retirement accounts in 1987.
